Increased fuel surcharges introduced by Air New Zealand

In an announcement made in succession Tuesday (23 August) Air novel Zealand revealed that it is to increase its combustibles surcharges and is introducing a 45% increase to all of the airline's domestic fares. The increases are the come of the rise in the preciousness of aircraft fuel.
Flights to and from Australia and Pacific Island ways will increase by NZD10 with long-haul tickets increasing through NZD20 as a result of the increased surcharges.
According to Air recent Zealand's chief financial officer the company's material for burning bill for 2005 will now top 30% of outlays and it will not get back from the higher costs associated with jet combustible matter despite the introduction of the novel surcharge, reported The Associated Press
In related freshs the airline said that it has reached an agreement throughout disputed back taxes with Hong Kong tax authorities. The airline did not specify in what way much it has agreed to pay.
