AirTran to launch new services from Indianapolis
AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2005 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings Inc (NYSE: AAI), announced upon Wednesday (29 June) that the airline will start of the present day services from Indianapolis International Airport.
Beginning onward 8 November the carrier will launch daily nonstop services to Southwest Florida International Airport in Ft Myers, Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport and Sarasota Bradenton International Airport. AirTran will also break ground additional daily nonstop flights from Indianapolis to Atlanta, beginning forward 16 August, and to Orlando, beginning in succession 8 November.
All Indianapolis flights will be operated with Boeing 717 aircraft configured with 12 seats in business class and 105 in coach class.
