US federal court upholds ruling that Continental is not liable for DVT

The US Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, a federal appeals court in the United States, has determined that Continental Airlines is not liable for not warning passengers about the risk of descendants clots during an international flight.
The court upheld the decision of a lower court, which rul in favour of the airline when stay Caman sued Continental after being diagnosed with discerning veinthrombosis (DVT) following a flight from looks Angeles to Paris in 2002 Reuter reported.
